President Obama to give State of Union speech

President Barack Obama will lay out his second-term agenda in his State of the Union speech later, with the US economy expected to dominate the address.

However, the biggest challenge of his second term could be closer to home, as he aims to get his domestic policies past Republican opposition.

Mark Mardell reports from Colorado - a state which voted for President Obama - but still has a vocal Republican minority.
