Texas blast: 'People are concerned about toxic gas'

Up to 200 people may have been injured by the explosion at a fertiliser plant near Waco in Texas, according to Chris Sadeghi from KWTX News.

He told the BBC that firefighters were probably among those killed.

Dozens of homes and buildings have been destroyed, and several are still on fire, after the West Fertilizer plant exploded at about 19:50 (00:50 GMT).

Mr Sadeghi said that local people were now worried about toxic gas.
