White House: Rousseff trip cancellation joint decision
White House spokesman Jay Carney has said the postponement of a visit to the US by Brazilian President Dilma Rousseff was a joint decision made between Ms Rousseff and President Obama.
The trip has been called off over allegations that the US National Security Agency (NSA) had intercepted emails and messages from Ms Rousseff, her aides and state oil company, Petrobras.
