Colin Powell: Mandela 'always a presence in my life'

Anti-apartheid hero and former South African President Nelson Mandela has died at the age of 95.

Former US Secretary of State Colin Powell, the first African American to hold the position, remembered Nelson Mandela's inauguration as "one of the most deeply moving experiences of my time as a diplomat".

The former general remembered Mr Mandela as a "humble, engaging man".
