US snow: Footage captures chaos across Midwest
A second arctic blast has caused disruption in the US Midwest, with schools closing, airlines cancelling flights and emergency crews working to dig out major roadways.
Many motorists attempting to travel spun off the road or slid into snow banks.
In Ohio, high winds created so-called 'snow rollers' - coils of snow whipped up by the 40 mph gusts.
