New York Mayor Bill de Blasio to tackle income gap
New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio has pledged to raise the minimum wage and issue ID papers to undocumented immigrants.
In his State of the City address, the 52-year-old took aim at the city's widening inequality gap, warning that the city's middle class was "at risk of disappearing altogether."
