A James Bond-style GPS tracking device being deployed by police in Florida is enabling officers to follow a vehicle without the need for a potentially dangerous high-speed pursuit.

The device shoots a dart at a target car, which once attached can be tracked via a secure website, says Officer Paul McWade of the St. Petersburg Police department.
