Obama says US troops will not have a combat mission in Iraq

President Obama says US troops will not have a combat mission in Iraq, but will work with partners in the region to tackle Islamic State militants.

Speaking to troops at Central Command headquarters in Florida, he said the United States would support Iraqi forces on the ground to secure the future of their own country.
