Foley parents speak out on IS murders

The parents of American journalist James Foley who was killed by IS extremists in Syria have questioned their government's stance on negotiating with hostages.

It has been seven weeks since the American journalist James Foley was killed in Syria.

He was brutally murdered by Islamic State militants in the first of a series of beheadings of foreign journalists and aid workers.

His parents Diane and John spoke to BBC News.
