Ottawa shooting: Canadian capital gets 'back to work'

Residents in Ottawa are returning to work one day after a gunman fatally shot a soldier at an Ottawa war memorial, before rampaging through the country's parliament building.

The suspected gunman, reportedly a Muslim convert named Michael Zehaf-Bibeau, was shot and killed outside the MPs' caucus rooms. Security at key sites around the city has been stepped up.

The BBC's Samira Hussain in Ottawa says the government is determined that it will be "business as usual" in the city.
