Ottawa shootings: Arrest as PM Stephen Harper lays flowers at scene

A man has been arrested at Ottawa's war memorial shortly after Canadian PM Stephen Harper laid flowers for the soldier killed there on Wednesday.

Police said the man had been arrested for "disturbing a crime scene", after he crossed police tape.

Cpl Nathan Cirillo was fatally shot by a gunman, who was in turn shot dead when he entered the parliament building.
