Ferguson's 'Copwatch' issues body cameras

There are tensions in Ferguson as the town awaits the decision of the grand jury on whether or not to charge the officer who shot and killed Michael Brown.

The black teenager was shot while unarmed and, according to witnesses, with his hands in the air by Officer Darren Wilson.

The governor of Missouri has declared a state of emergency in anticipation of further protests.

Aleem Maqbool reports from Ferguson, where he spoke to a member of the group Copwatch.
