CIA chief on report into interrogation techniques

CIA director John Brennan is making a statement on interrogation techniques condemned in a Senate report.

The Senate report into interrogations of al-Qaeda suspects in the years after the 9/11 attacks, claims the agency misled politicians about the programme.

On Thursday, former Republican vice-president Dick Cheney said the report was "deeply flawed" and a "terrible piece of work".
