White House refuses to rule out Castro US visit

A White House spokesman has said there was a "hypothetical possibility" of President Raul Castro visiting the United States in the future.

While there are no such plans at present, the spokesman refused to rule the idea out.

The change in policy has not been welcomed by many of America's Cuban community.
