New York's homeless population at all-time high of 60,000

It has been one of the coldest winters on record in America's north-east, and in New York City freezing temperatures have coincided with record numbers of homeless.

The BBC's New York correspondent Nick Bryant has been out onto the streets to meet those struggling to find shelter.
