Texas and Oklahoma flooding: Hundreds of homes destroyed

Devastating floods have hit southern and central parts of the United States, killing three people and forcing thousands to leave their homes.

Meanwhile, in Mexico, officials in the border town of Ciudad Acuna say at least 13 people were killed when a tornado ripped through the streets.
