Strong winds cause chaos at Wisconsin hot air balloon festival

Strong winds have wreaked havoc at a US hot air balloon festival in Wisconsin.

Staff struggled to control one balloon which landed on its side while another was whipped up in the air before crashing back down towards the crowd.
