Katy Perry in dispute over Los Angeles convent sale

Pop star Katy Perry is locked in a battle with a group of elderly nuns over the sale of a convent in Los Angeles.

The nuns insist their order owns the property and they have sold it to a local restaurateur.

But the Catholic Archdiocese of Los Angeles says it has the right to sell the property and has done a deal with the singer.
