Standing ovations for Hillary Clinton at Broadway play

Hillary Clinton, who has made only a handful of public appearances since her election defeat, received a standing ovation from the audience at the final performance of The Color Purple on New York's Broadway.

Mrs Clinton, former President Bill Clinton, and their daughter Chelsea were acknowledged by the cast during a farewell speech - which prompted spontaneous applause.
