Sean Spicer: GCHQ could have tapped Donald Trump
White House press secretary Sean Spicer cites claims first made on US TV channel Fox News - that the UK's communications intelligence agency GCHQ wiretapped Donald Trump during the US presidential campaign.
GCHQ has responded by saying the allegations were "nonsense, utterly ridiculous and should be ignored".
