Republican Obamacare repeal will lead to 'very bad place'

Kathleen Sebelius, who led the Department of Health and Human Services during the Obama administration, says she has grave concerns about the proposed Republican healthcare plan.

"It's very troubling to watch the Republican Congress debate taking away up to 24 million peoples' healthcare," she told the BBC's Tim Willcox.

Ms Sebelius oversaw the roll-out of Affordable Care Act - also known as Obamacare - and spoke to the BBC on the seventh anniversary of the legislation's enactment.
