No more forced removals - United Airlines

United Airlines' chief executive says law enforcement officers will never again be deployed to forcibly remove a passenger when a flight does not have enough seats.

Oscar Munoz told ABC's Good Morning America that a video of a screaming man being dragged off an aircraft was embarrassing but he would not resign.
