White House spokesman Sean Spicer: 'I screwed up'

White House Press Secretary Sean Spicer has said his gaffe about Adolf Hitler not using chemical weapons during World War Two was "inexcusable and reprehensible".

"I screwed up," he said at the Newseum in Washington DC, adding that he felt he had let down President Donald Trump.
