Bloody effluent dumped by Canadian fish processing plant

The provincial government is investigating effluent being dumped into Brown’s Bay, British Columbia, after this footage was released.

Brown's Bay Packing Company, which runs the fish processing plant, told the BBC that the wastewater is treated before discharge.
