Food trucks rev-up fast food

When you think about street food, you may conjure up images of greasy burgers, dubious-looking kebabs and a dodgy looking sauce.

But all that is starting to change as chefs take to the street, using food trucks as way of testing menus and locations before they set up a bricks and mortar restaurant.
