Newsweek publishes last edition on paper

Help

Newsweek, the weekly news magazine, has published its last edition on paper.

From Tuesday, the magazine will only be on the internet and available to read on smartphones and computers.

It is an attempt to reverse a slump in subscribers and cut costs, although some people have questioned how easy it will be for a traditional print media to transform to a purely online world.

Ben Thompson reports.
