Businessmen living the poor life in Davos

Help

The amount of rich and influential leaders in Davos mean that it is a good place for charities to get their voice heard.

Increasingly they are trying to work together with businesses to get them to do more for the communities where they are based.

Sally Begbie, director of the Crossroads Foundation, organises a role-playing experience called the Struggle for Survival which simulates the experience of being poor for top executives, and says even a small taste of the hardship can change peoples' thinking.

The BBC's Tanya Beckett experienced the workshop for herself.
