Pakistan to import Iranian gas to make up for shortfall

President Asif Ali Zardari of Pakistan and Iran's Mahmoud Ahmadinejad are set to inaugurate a controversial gas pipeline linking the two neighbours.

Meanwhile, the US has warned the project may incur sanctions connected with Iran's nuclear programme.
