Sri Lanka looks to set up new commercial centre

Sri Lanka is looking to develop a new commercial capital in the southeast of the country.
A new international airport was opened on Monday in the district of Hambantota.
It's an area the government is hoping to turn into a tax-free zone for aviation-related industries.
The BBC's Charles Haviland reports from the opening of Mattala International Airport.
