Empowering women in rural India

Special banks are being set up to give loans to women who want to start up their own businesses in India.

But in many parts of the country women lack access to the basic education that could give them the skills they need to run their own firms.

Yogita Limaye travelled to Satara, in southern Maharashtra, to take a look at one organisation that is empowering rural women by teaching them about business and finance.
