South Koreans visit Kaesong zone

10 July 2013 Last updated at 01:33 BST

It was shut down by North Korea amid worsening tensions on the peninsula and leaders have been struggling to find a way to reopen it.

Our Seoul correspondent Lucy Williamson reports.
