Dell founder in turnaround bid

Michael Dell, the founder of computer maker Dell, is set to win a shareholder vote and buy back his company.

But the business is facing significant challenges. It has been struggling with falling PC sales, and faces rising competition from Chinese manufacturers.

Mr Dell wants to take the company back into private ownership in order to turn it around without investor scrutiny.

Can he succeed? Mariko Oi reports from New York.
