How weak rupee has tourists splashing out on luxury

India's luxury Palace on Wheels train has seen an upsurge in bookings since the rupee started losing value.

Indian Railways has freshly renovated the train which takes travellers around northern India in air-conditioned luxury.

However some tourists say it is no cheaper as they pay in dollars anyway.
