Bollywood star Anil Kapoor launches India's version of 24

The Indian version of the hugely popular US television show 24 debuts this week.

The Hindi-language market is currently dominated by traditional, family soap operas and past attempts to make more modern shows have failed.

However Bollywood star Anil Kapoor is the star and producer of the slick, expensive show - so will audiences be ready for something new?
