German home-school families take refuge in the US

Home schooling is illegal in Germany, with tough penalties and the threat that children could be taken away from parents.
But there are families who still want to teach their children outside of the school system - and some of them have moved to the United States, where they have tried to claim asylum, arguing that they are being persecuted for their beliefs in their own country.
But the US authorities have been reluctant to accept this claim and unless the Supreme Court intervenes these families face deportation.
The BBC's Jane O'Brien met one family who moved to Virginia to continue home-schooling their children.
