Has US shutdown stopped small businesses hiring?

The US economy grew at a healthy pace in the three months to the end of September - however, that was before the government shutdown.

Mariko Oi travelled to New Jersey and heard how the political uncertainty had affected small businesses there.

Starlite Productions boss Dean Danowitz said: "You're trying to build something and the government in many ways is getting in the way."
