13 November 2013 Last updated at 12:26 GMT

American coffee giant Starbucks has been told to pay Kraft Foods $2.76bn in damages and costs over a row over the distribution of its branded coffee.

Kraft accused Starbucks of ending their deal three years too early.

The compensation is equal to Starbucks' entire net income since the start of 2012, as Theo Leggett reports.
