Bitcoin counsel says currency has 'many legitimate uses'

The US Homeland Security Committee is talking about virtual currencies such as Bitcoin on Monday.

Although cyber currency is popular, it is still not fully regulated and it has become linked with tales of drugs and war lords.

Bitcoin's general counsel Patrick Murck says regulating virtual currencies would be an opportunity missed.
