Linda Yueh on the winners and losers of China's reforms

Global markets reacted favourably as the details of the China's economic reforms emerged.

The decisions of leaders at the Third Plenum have been called the most important reforms since China abandoned central planning in 1978.

BBC Chief Business Correspondent Linda Yueh looks at the winners and losers of the changes.
