Is wealth inequality slowing growth?

Is inequality the main reason economies have not recovered five years on from the crisis?

The eminent economist Joseph Stiglitz believes so, saying that top earners do not spend all their income, whereas those at the bottom have no other choice.

However, another leading economist Paul Krugman says there are other, bigger reasons, as BBC Chief Business Correspondent Linda Yueh reports.
