Business on the Turkish-Syrian border is bustling, despite the lengthy delays faced by traders.

As the UN launches an appeal for $6.5bn in humanitarian aid, there is a growing need for basic goods such as cement, cooking oil and powdered milk.

Howard Johnson reports on the businesses springing up at the Oncupinar crossing in Turkey.
