Landlords in Senegal ordered to lower rents

From the end of February, tenants in Senegal will pay less for accommodation.

Many families in the capital, Dakar, spend more than half their income on rent.

In an attempt to regulate the market, the government has ordered landlords to bring down rental prices.

Thomas Fessy reports.
