Turnaround at German steelmaker ThyssenKrupp

How do you turn around a company that has a 200-year history and more than 157,000 staff in nearly 80 countries?

Heinrich Hiesinger took on that mission at German steelmaker ThyssenKrupp three years ago.

He became the chief executive when the firm was reporting billions of dollars of losses.

He explains how he went about reviving the struggling company's fortunes.
