London must impose "intense banking sanctions" on Russia's banks and oligarchs, writer Ben Judah has said.

Mr Judah described London as "the capital of Russian finance" and explained that, as a result, Britain has "more power" than Germany or the US to curb President Putin's actions.

First broadcast on BBC Radio 4's Today programme on Monday 24 March.
