How Credit Suisse is helping women get back to work

In the US, as many as 40% of very highly educated women leave the work force for a period of time.

That is a massive brain drain - and one that companies are increasingly looking to stop.

At Credit Suisse, the firm has created a programme to help women return to often gruelling Wall Street work.

The BBC's Samira Hussain looks at the programme works.
