Can Indonesia be chocolate making hub?

Indonesia is the world's third-largest producer of cocoa beans.

But most of those beans are exported and you'll be hard pressed to find any good-quality chocolates manufactured in the country.

But with rising incomes, Indonesians have acquired a taste for chocolates.

As part of our special series "Taste of Asia", Alice Budisatrijo looks at how businesses are starting to see the potential for a home grown chocolate making industry.
