'I was lacking a space for myself'

What makes a good entrepreneur? Well one person who might have an idea is Singapore-based Grace Clapham.

She has been hand picked by Virgin's Richard Branson and Apple co-founder Steve Wozniak, for a regional entrepreneurship award.

Her not for profit business helps others become successful entrepreneurs, including a network she calls Secret Women's Business which holds workshops and leadership sessions for women.

She told the BBC's Rico Hizon what motivated her to start her business.
