NUT's Christine Blower: 'We have to take strike action'

Teachers have been staging a one-day walkout in schools across England and Wales over a row with the government.

Members of the National Union of Teachers are unhappy about their workloads and planned changes to pay and pensions.

Some parents say the strike is costing them a day's pay - but the union's general secretary, Christine Blower, said her members have no choice.
