Voting is under way as polling stations across Wiltshire have opened for the general elections.

Around half a million people in the county are entitled to vote for seven parliamentary candidates who will represent them in Westminster.

Many in Swindon have two decisions to make as the borough council is also electing a third of its councillors.

Voting takes place from 07:00 BST to 22:00 BST and all winners and losers will be declared on Friday.
