The Vatican's official court painter is a graduate of the prestigious Moscow School of Arts.

Natalia Tsarkova's paintings, including portraits of Pope Benedict XVI and his predecessor John Paul II, adorn the walls of Vatican palaces, Roman churches and museums around the world.
